Ariana Dagan #OnTheShelf Review

For me, I found this book to be a great lesson not only for kids, but for parents as well. Teaching them to step back, let your kids learn and free play on their own, and learn to be creative through their own curiosity.

Miriam Lassoes the Worry Whirlwind™

“The lesson in lassoing worries is one of the best perspectives on anxiety I’ve ever come across. Not only should every parent with a nervous child read this, but truly should be a required read in education as well.”

Lucas Tames the Anger Dragon™

“The book is relatable (and adorable) and a really approachable way to open dialog with children. Absolute must read for any parent, regardless of how their child responds with anger. I think everyone can learn something from this story.”

Yong Breaks Out of the Boredom Box™

“For me, I found this book to be a great lesson not only for kids, but for parents as well. Teaching them to step back, let your kids learn and free play on their own, and learn to be creative through their own curiosity.”

Sarah Sizes Up the Insecure Ant™

“This is a beautiful story people from all ages should read. The advice in the story is simple but fantastic, and I love that her parents helped her practice what she was learning and really got involved in the process.”

Away With Wastefulness™

“This book is brand new, just came out this month and I LOVE it. Possibly my favorite in the Help Me Become series! I love reusing, recycling and living with less waste and teaching my daughter to do all of that is high up on my priority list. The stories are highly relatable (at any age!) and the solutions for each story are highly creative.”

Stand Against Bullying Series

“I love the STAND against bullies series, it’s a great way for people of all ages to look at bullying, recognize the various ways it can happen, why it happens and positive ways to stand up against it. I love this message, violence doesn’t have to be the answer.”

Celebrate! Counting Critters™

“This fun book is an adorable introduction to bugs and counting! In a unique combination, CELEBRATE! Counting Critters uses various everyday bugs to introduce young children to numbers in nature, numerical and written form, as well as simple addition math, all while enjoying nature! I love the exposure to all of these elements, and my daughter loves the bugs! I really appreciate the format of this book, it doesn’t feel like yet another basic counting book.”

Celebrate! Our Differences™

“I believe this may one of the strongest books in the CELEBRATE! series! The emphasis on cultural and ethnic differences and how these characteristics not only make each of us unique, but also makes us alike is incredibly important to instill in a young child. Learning to respect and appreciate these differences is a life changing experience. This book does an incredible job on showing the type of differences one may encounter on any given day, and why they should be celebrated, why they should be understood and why differences aren’t scary in a really fun and relatable way. Possibly more importantly, the back of the book goes into great detail about these characteristics and even provides opportunities for moments of teaching compassion in everyday situations. I think this is a must read for any age!”
